About Our Client:

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional customer service to property agents, walk-in visitors, phone calls, and email enquiries in a timely manner.
Welcome new property agents and assist them with the onboarding process, including the collection, verification, and processing of all required documentation.
Build strong working relationships with agents through effective communication and continuous service support.
Handle feedback, requests, and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring timely follow-up until full resolution.
Support daily office coordination to ensure smooth front desk operations and a welcoming environment for visitors.
Provide proactive support to enhance the overall experience for agents, visitors, and internal team members alike.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 year(s) of experience in a front desk, customer service or administrative support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
