Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for production and non-production environments, with strong hands-on experience in Linux, Oracle Database, and Shell Scripting.
• Monitor the health and performance of applications, servers, databases, and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across applications, middleware, databases, networks, and operating systems.
• Support deployments, releases, patching, upgrades, and post-implementation validation activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational and technical support activities.
• Execute SQL queries, perform database health checks and performance validation, and carry out basic database administration tasks.
• Support certificate renewals, password rotations, user access management, and security compliance activities.
• Monitor batch jobs, integrations, interfaces, and scheduled system processes.
• Assist with Disaster Recovery (DR) testing, environment validation, and service restoration activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, network, and vendor teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in on-call support and critical incident troubleshooting as required.

Work Result

• Fulfill assigned tasks and Business-as-Usual (BAU) operational activities in a timely and effective manner.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
