Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling, arrangement, and monitoring of trucking activities
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer’s requests are met
• Manage and execute all import/export shipping activities and documentation
• Attend to queries on operational matters from customers, driver and transport team
• Monitor ongoing operations to ensure timely execution and delivery

Requirements

• Diploma qualification in relevant discipline or similar
• Certification in transportation or customer service will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year of similar professional experience
• Experience in Liaising with drivers, customers, and key process stakeholders
• Experience in Transport and freight terms will be an added advantage
• Competencies – Planning, Coordinating, Prioritizing, Customer Service, Administration
• Able to communicate clearly and directly
• Process-oriented with a sense of urgency
