Job Title: Admin Executive (AMK | 5-Day Work Week |)

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented AdminExecutive to join our team. You will support daily operational tasks acrosssales, purchasing, production, and general office admin.

• Customer & Sales Support: Respond to inquiries, issue sales quotations/delivery orders (D/O), track orders, and handle delivery schedules.
• Purchasing & Logistics: Coordinate with vendors, issue Purchase Orders (POs) for materials/tools, check supplier bills, and arrange deliveries.
• Production Coordination: Assist with work orders, coordinate delivery timelines with internal teams, and arrange external vendor services.
• Accounts & Admin: Manage petty cash, prepare payment vouchers, assist with invoice filing, and support QuickBooks entries.

Requirements

• Prior experience in general administration, sales admin, or coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of basic accounts or QuickBooks is an advantage (Not mandatory — training provided).
