A Loss Prevention Assistant under the CCTV Department is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to help prevent theft, fraud, security incidents, and other potential losses within the organization. The role involves maintaining continuous CCTV surveillance, identifying suspicious activities, reporting incidents, and supporting the Loss Prevention and Security teams in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems continuously to identify suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities.
• Monitoring cashier activities and suspicious transactions
• Investigating high-loss or unusual stock-variance cases
• Preparing incident reports and preserving video evidence
• Supporting outlet audits, stock-loss investigations and disciplinary cases
• Following up on repeated compliance issues

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry).
• Good observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to communicate findings clearly
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate CCTV surveillance systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
