Job Summary

You will manage patient registration, billing, and administrative tasks while communicating clearly in English and using computer systems to support smooth front office operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in spoken English to assist patients and support front office operations effectively
• Use computer software, including Microsoft Office and email, to manage patient records and correspondence
• Register patients accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the system
• Manage patient billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking
• Maintain organized and up-to-date patient management records to support clinic operations

Hours of Work:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Saturdays, 9.00am - 4.30pm
