About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of events, from securing necessary licences and permits to coordinating with venues and adding those important finishing touches that make every event a success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle event-related licence and permit applications (SFA, NEA, Police, NParks, etc.)
• Liaise with venue owners, landlords, and authorities on event logistics and approvals
• Coordinate with internal teams on event setup, schedules, and client requirements
• Support in on-site event operations, ensuring smooth flow and timely execution
• Manage timelines, vendors, and documentation for each event
• Oversee final presentation and “soft touches” to ensure quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Events Management, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in event coordination or licensing (preferred)
• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays during event periods
