Paperspace is looking for a reliable and service-oriented Temporary Workplace Operations Assistant to provide short-term onsite support for our workplace and coworking operations.

The role will support day-to-day operations and help ensure that the workspace remains organized, functional, and well supported during the coverage period.

Assignment Period: 21 October to 2 November 2026

Work Arrangement: Onsite, 111 MIDDLE ROAD, #03-01, NATIONAL DESIGN CENTRE, SINGAPORE 188969

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Break: 1 hour

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the coworking and workplace environment
• Attend to tenants, visitors, and general enquiries
• Provide front desk and basic administrative support
• Monitor common areas and ensure the workplace remains presentable and operational
• Monitor pantry items, office supplies, and other workplace essentials
• Coordinate and report basic facilities or maintenance concerns
• Assist with simple documentation, coordination, and operational follow-ups
• Escalate urgent or unresolved matters to the relevant Paperspace team member
• Support handover and continuity of ongoing workplace matters during the assignment period

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, office administration, workplace operations, coworking, or a related environment is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling both customer-facing and administrative tasks
• Able to work independently and manage day-to-day operational matters
• Available to work onsite throughout the assignment period
