Private Banking Operations
We are looking for a Private Banking Operations professional to support the day-to-day operational needs of a growing private bank.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily operations across client accounts, payments, settlements, trade processing and cash/securities transactions.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions.
Perform reconciliations, investigate breaks and resolve operational issues.
Support client onboarding, account maintenance and documentation.
Ensure adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements.
Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc operational projects.
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Banking Operations.
Good understanding of banking operations, transaction processing and controls.
Strong attention to detail with good organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
