Position: Project Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial engineering, plant construction, steel structure, or EPC projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee engineering design reviews, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project costs, change orders, and reporting to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Structural, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing projects in Industrial Engineering, Capital Equipment, Steel Structures, Plant Construction, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and external contractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
