Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products and medications.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding medications, health concerns, and over-the-counter products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and prescriptions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
