·      Support the implementation and maintenance of frontend, backend, and supporting system components when required.

·      Participate in feature implementation, enhancements, defect fixes, testing activities, and code reviews where applicable.

·      Collaborate with development teams to understand system behavior, identify technical dependencies, and support solution implementation.

·      Investigate application issues by tracing requests across multiple microservices and system components.

·      Perform root cause analysis for production and development issues.

·      Analyze logs, APIs, messaging flows, and database interactions to identify problems.

·      Provide technical recommendations for issue resolution and system improvements.

·      Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system flows, APIs, integration documents, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.

·      Review business requirements and proactively identify ambiguities, missing information, dependencies, and technical risks.

·      Work closely with stakeholders to clarify functional and technical requirements.

·      Participate in solution discussions and impact assessments.

Required Skills

·      Good programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.

·      Experience developing enterprise applications.

·      Good understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

·      Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

·      Experience working with REST APIs and service integrations.

·      Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

·      Ability to understand complex application architectures and system interactions.

·      Experience analyzing logs and tracing end-to-end system flows.

·      Good technical writing and documentation skills.

·      Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

·      Familiarity with Solace, Kafka, or other messaging platforms.

·      Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
