About the role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Compliance (QAC) Executive to support our training operations, quality assurance activities, regulatory compliance, documentation, audit preparation and learner administration. The role will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure training operations are well-coordinated, records are accurate and regulatory requirements are met.
Key responsibilities
Support compliance monitoring and audit preparation
Conduct document and record checks to ensure audit readiness
Maintain compliance and audit documentation
Support SOP reviews, identify compliance gaps and follow up on corrective actions
Monitor Adult Educator observations and regulatory requirements
Create and maintain course intakes, schedules and assessment sessions in TAEmS and LMS
Monitor class runs, attendance and daily operational activities
Support trainee registration, attendance and course administration
Ensure learner guides, assessment materials and training resources are prepared before classes
Support funded programme operations and special projects
About you
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Education Administration, Training & Adult Education, Compliance Management or a related field
1–3 years of experience in training administration, compliance, quality assurance or education operations preferred
Experience with SWDA-funded training, TAEmS, TPG, LMS or education administration will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Working Environment
Office-based role with regular coordination across training operations.
Occasional campus and weekend operational support may be required.
The role will involve working with internal stakeholders, Adult Educators and regulatory requirements.
