Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Clozette business in Singapore. As Senior Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of our key brand clients and be the person they trust most. You'll turn their business goals into integrated 360 campaigns that deliver online and on the ground, keep projects on time and on budget, and spot the next opportunity before they ask. You will work closely and be supported by our content, strategy, influencer and campaign teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in agency or client-facing account management roles

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Client leadership

• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers
• Understand each client's brand, goals and challenges, and translate them into clear campaign briefs
• Lead client meetings, presentations and quarterly business reviews

(2) Campaign delivery

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of 360 campaigns across influencer, content and on-ground activations, from proposal to post-campaign report
• Work closely with our creator relations, content, strategy and campaign management teams, plus external vendors, to deliver on time and to a high standard
• Oversee campaign budgets, timelines and scope, and handle issues calmly when they come up
• Track performance and share insights that help clients see the value of their investment

(3) Business Growth

• Grow existing accounts through upselling, renewals and new campaign ideas
• Support new business pitches with proposals, costings and presentations
• Hit agreed revenue and retention targets for your portfolio

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in key account management or business development, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, influencer marketing and/or on-ground activations
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
