Position: QA Contractor (4 Resources)

Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced QA Contractors to support the Digital Wealth platform, which includes both an Advisor Portal and an Operations (Ops) Portal. The selected candidates will be responsible for functional testing, regression testing, and test automation development and maintenance to ensure high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across Advisor and Ops portals.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Business teams to validate requirements and test scenarios.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude or similar) to accelerate test automation, test case generation, and QA productivity.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Participate in test planning, execution, reporting, and release validation activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience testing web-based enterprise applications, preferably Advisor Portals and Ops Portals.
• Familiarity with Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted development/testing tools.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and defect management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domains.
• Business Analysis (BA) knowledge and ability to understand business workflows.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and different time zones.
