• Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and ensure correct change is given.
• Issue receipts and manage order numbers efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining counter.
• Assist in answering customer inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, or services.
• Ensure compliance with cash-handling and company procedures.
• Perform opening and closing cashier duties, including cash count and reconciliation.
• Support restaurant operations such as packing orders or restocking supplies when required.
• Report any discrepancies or technical issues with the POS system to the supervisor/manager.

Job RequirementsEducation & Experience

• SPM / High School Certificate or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic experience in cashiering or customer service is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates with no experience.
• Basic mathematical skills and good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with POS systems (training provided if needed).
• Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
