Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering teams, vendors, and other business functions to drive successful Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery

• Operate as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and execution of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks impacting team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.

Timeline Management & Coordination

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and Vendors to coordinate successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines, priorities, and delivery objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and technology partners.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, blockers, and delivery challenges.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive successful project and delivery outcomes in complex environments.
