Role Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure problems and derive insights from data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build clear charts, tables, and visual summaries.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the habit of spotting inconsistencies and data gaps before sharing work.
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, QoderWork, Claude) to improve productivity and output quality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Clear communicator who can synthesize inputs from different teams into concise summaries and follow-ups.

Preferred:

• Experience or coursework in market research, competitive analysis, or data visualization.
• Familiarity with product management concepts, product lifecycle, or agile methodologies.
• Exposure to process improvement, workflow automation, or AI tool adoption projects.
• Interest in fintech, mobile apps, or customer-centric digital products.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update the product roadmap tracker, ensuring project statuses, timelines, and dependencies are current and accurate.
• Assist with dashboard maintenance, performance data extraction, and trend monitoring across product lines.
• Prepare concise, well-structured reports, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership reviews and SteerCo sessions.
• Support planning cadence logistics, including scheduling reviews, consolidating inputs from product leads, and tracking action items.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline research, reporting, and documentation workflows, while validating outputs for accuracy.
• Help standardize templates, trackers, and documentation to improve reporting consistency and planning governance.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, including identifying workflow inefficiencies and testing AI-enabled solutions.
