Kerja Sepenuh Masa Facility Shift Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,900 di Sales Spurt Marketing Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities

· Operate and continuously monitor building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, FLSS etc.) during the assigned shift.

· Handle day‑to‑day operational support requests from facility users.

· Ensure all systems are running safely, efficiently, and within operating limits.

· Perform routine preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules.

· Carry out inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments.

· Report abnormal conditions and recommend corrective actions.

· Update PM records and checklists in logbooks or CMMS.

· Respond promptly to equipment faults, alarms, and complaints.

· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or control issues.

· Carry out corrective repairs or temporary restorations.

· Escalate major issues to engineers or specialists when required.

· Follow all EHS rules and safety procedures.

· Maintain accurate shift logs and prepare handover notes for the next shift or supervisor.

Requirements

· Technical certificate or diploma from a vocational school, community college, or training institute.

· Willing to work in shift basis

· Experience with 2 to 3 years in commercial or facility systems

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to prioritize and respond to breakdowns and emergency calls

· Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and CMMS systems

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
