JOB TYPE:

4 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Windows 11 endpoint migration from Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune.
• Assess existing Workspace ONE, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune and Windows endpoint environments.
• Design Intune solutions covering device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, compliance, applications and Windows updates.
• Define RBAC, scope tags, assignment groups and dynamic groups in Intune.
• Configure and manage endpoint security, encryption, security baselines and compliance policies.
• Work with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint teams.
• Assess existing Group Policies (GPOs) and identify conflicts during Intune migration.
• Provide configuration and implementation guidance for Intune profiles, compliance policies, update rings, applications, VPN and Wi-Fi.
• Develop migration strategies, pilot plans and deployment waves for Workspace ONE to Intune migration.
• Support device enrollment, application deployment, policy validation and compliance during migration.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage defects, exceptions, risks and remediation activities.
• Prepare technical designs, migration plans, configuration guides, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Conduct technical workshops and collaborate with infrastructure, security, identity, application and project teams.
• Provide support during pilot, rollout, go-live, hypercare and transition to BAU.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customer administrators and support teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Windows 10/11 devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Workspace ONE to Intune migration or similar endpoint management migrations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune co-management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, device compliance and configuration profiles.
• Experience with application deployment, application protection policies and Windows Update Rings.
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker/encryption and security baselines.
• Experience with RBAC, scope tags, dynamic groups and Group Policy (GPO) assessment/migration.
• Experience designing and implementing Intune enrollment, provisioning and device management solutions.
• Experience with VPN and Wi-Fi profile deployment.
• Strong documentation skills with experience preparing HLD/LLD, migration plans, configuration guides and operational runbooks.
• Ability to conduct technical workshops and work with infrastructure, identity, security, application and project teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint migration projects.
• MD-102 / Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification is preferred.
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Windows Hello for Business, PKI, NDES, SCEP and certificate-based authentication is an added advantage.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments is preferred.
