Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can understand customer requirements and design the right technical solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, solution design, and technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer business and technical requirements.

Design end-to-end technical solutions based on customer needs.

Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFI documents.

Create technical proposals, solution documents, and architecture diagrams.

Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations for customers.

Work closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Technical teams.

Participate in customer meetings and clarify technical requirements.

Provide effort estimates, solution scope, assumptions, and dependencies.

Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with customer expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience as a Solution Architect / Presales Architect / Technical Architect.

Hands-on experience with RFP, RFQ, RFI, and proposal preparation.

Strong experience in technical presentations and customer-facing discussions.

Good understanding of solution architecture and system integration.

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience working with sales and delivery teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.

5+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture/presales is preferred.
