About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to provide technical expertise and support to our clients. You will be the face of our technical team, ensuring that our [machinery/software/equipment] operates at peak performance.

(Service Technician / Technical Support )

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test [equipment/software] at client sites.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Provide training and technical support to clients.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree / Any Certificate in [Engineering field, e.g., Mechanical, Electrical].
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Stay in Kuala Lumpur (Priority) / Selangor area (Priority) / Willing to relocate.
• Optional: Willingness to travel / Valid driver's license.

(Medical Device Representative)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
• Present, promote, and sell our products/services to prospective customers.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Track sales activities and pipeline using our CRM system.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of over-achieving quotas.
• Optional: Specific industry experience, e.g., B2B software, manufacturing.
