Join the Amazing Borneo Team! We’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead campaigns, coordinate projects and help develop our growing marketing team.

Your Role

Campaign & Marketing Management

• Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns
• Turn business priorities into clear marketing actions and timelines
• Oversee social media, content, SEO and digital initiatives

Performance

• Track campaign KPIs, traffic, leads and conversions
• Analyse results and recommend improvements
• Identify new marketing and growth opportunities

Team & Collaboration

• Guide and support Marketing Executives
• Manage projects, priorities and deliverables
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations and external partners

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
• 4+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Experience leading projects or team members
• Strong digital marketing, communication and analytical skills
• Proactive, organised and solutions-oriented

Working Hours
9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
9.00am to 1.00pm (Saturday)

Dress Code
Casual (Shirts will be provided)
