1. Content Creation & Design

• Create and design posters, promotional materials and digital content for Arrowood and affiliated hotels.
• Develop creative content for social media, marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in creating visual materials for company announcements, events, programmes and hotel promotions.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the company's branding and communication style.

2. Social Media Management

• Assist in managing social media platforms for Arrowood and affiliated hotels.
• Plan, create and schedule social media content.
• Write engaging captions and promotional copy.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments and messages.
• Keep up with current social media trends and identify suitable trends for content creation.
• Assist in tracking basic social media performance and engagement.

3. Video Production

• Assist in planning, filming and producing short-form videos for promotional and social media purposes.
• Film hotel facilities, activities, events, campaigns and other relevant content.
• Edit videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Assist with basic video shooting, lighting, audio and framing.

4. Podcast Production

• Assist with filming and setting up podcast recording sessions.
• Prepare basic filming equipment and recording setup.
• Assist during podcast filming and ensure required content is captured.
• Edit or assist with editing podcast clips and short-form content for social media.
• Create promotional content from podcast episodes.

5. Marketing & Communication Support

• Assist the team with marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
• Brainstorm new content ideas and creative campaigns.
• Support other communication and content-related projects when required.
• Work closely with the team to meet content deadlines and project requirements.
