Project:

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of LED Lighting at PETRONAS Stations

Location:

Base in HQ with field travel to Northern and Eastern Peninsular Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs across all 11 project sites to ensure full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022 and PETRONAS ZeTo rules.
• Assist the Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) and Project Manager in identifying hazards and conducting risk assessments (HIRARC) specifically related to electrical works, working at heights (Canopy, Unipole, MID), and operations within live petrol stations.
• Maintain and update all safety documentation, incident records, and inspection logs for submission to PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) management.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections alongside the SSS at stations across Perak, Penang, Kedah, Kelantan, and Pahang, ensuring that workers are using proper PPE and adhering to the approved Method Statements.
• Facilitate daily Toolbox Talks and assist in verifying Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance before any dismantling or installation of LED lighting and distribution boards begins.
• Act as the liaison between the site workers, management, and regulatory bodies (DOSH) regarding safety, health, and welfare matters.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid OSH Coordinator (OSH-C) Certificate from a DOSH-approved training center.
• Valid OGSP (Oil & Gas Safety Passport) or equivalent safety passport recognized by PETRONAS.
• Familiarity with retail petrol station environments and low-voltage electrical project safety protocols.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for reporting to management and clients.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to all designated sites across the Northern and Eastern regions, from Sungkai (Perak) to Gua Musang (Kelantan) and Kuantan (Pahang).

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM7,748.00 per month
