Position Summary

Responsible for leading and coordinating the overall production, material and procurement planning activities across the Company’s key product lines, including Surface Wellheads, Specialty Connectors and Pipes,and Premium Threading.

The Master Scheduler provides an integrated view of customer demand, production capacity, material availability and purchasing requirements to ensure effective production planning and timely delivery to customers. The role oversees the Planners and Buyers and works closely with Sales, Production,Engineering, Quality, ME and other relevant functions to resolve constraints and achieve operational and delivery objectives.

The incumbent will undertake any or all the following and has authority for:

• Lead and oversee the Planning and Purchasing teams, including setting priorities, allocating responsibilities and monitoring overall performance.
• Manage and coordinate production and material planning across Surface Wellheads, Specialty Connectors and Pipes, and Premium Threading, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business priorities.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule, taking into consideration Sales Orders, customer delivery requirements, production capacity, material availability and operational priorities.
• Maintain an integrated view of production loading and capacity across the different product lines and establish priorities where there are competing requirements for machines, manpower, materials or other resources.
• Oversee material planning and purchasing requirements to ensure materials, gauges, protectors, tooling and other production requirements are available to support the production schedule.
• Provide direction and priorities to Planners and Buyers and ensure timely follow-up on production schedules, material shortages, purchase requirements and supplier deliveries.
• Monitor Sales Order progress from order receipt through production to shipment and proactively identify and address potential delays, bottlenecks and delivery risks.
• Lead regular production and planning meetings to review order status, material readiness, production capacity, constraints and customer delivery commitments.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Engineering, Quality, ME and other relevant functions to coordinate activities and resolve issues affecting production and delivery.
• Monitor key planning and supply chain performance indicators, including On-Time Delivery, production schedule adherence, material availability, inventory levels, capacity utilization and order backlog.
• Analyze causes of production or delivery delays and lead appropriate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive improvements in production planning, material planning, inventory management, purchasing coordination and overall Sales Order fulfilment processes.
• Escalate significant capacity constraints, material shortages, supplier issues and other risks that may impact customer commitments, and recommend appropriate recovery actions.
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma
• With 4 to 6 years' relevant experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to read/write in English competently
• Proficiency in demand planning, capacity management, and inventory optimization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate across multiple facilities
