We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our fresh produce warehouse team. If you are hardworking, enjoy active work and are looking for a stable position, we welcome you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack fresh fruits and vegetables according to customer orders
Check product quantity and quality for accurate order fulfilment
Handle and prepare fresh produce
Assist with unloading containers and arranging goods in the warehouse
Maintain proper handling, cleanliness and organisation of fresh produce
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
Support the team during busy periods and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Experience in warehouse, logistics, food handling or fresh produce is an advantage
Familiarity with fruits and vegetables is preferred
Able to perform manual work and lift heavy items
Comfortable working in a cold room environment
Responsible, punctual, hardworking and willing to learn
Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills
Valid forklift licence
