WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Marketing Intern, you’ll get involved in:

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the creation and preparation of marketing materials, social media content and promotional materials.
• Assist in managing and updating property/project information for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer preferences.
• Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials for property projects and promotional activities.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities where required.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of Company live sessions, events and roadshows.
• Support live sessions involving the presentation and introduction of the Company's property projects and products to the audience.
• Assist with event preparation, on-site coordination and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, activity summaries and relevant documentation.
• Work closely with relevant departments to support cross-functional marketing activities and Company initiatives.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Internship Supervisor or Management.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field

Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Creative, proactive and responsible

Comfortable working with people and participating in events or external activities

Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage

Valid driving licence is required
