Job Description

2. Fitness Operations

• Oversee daily gym/facility operations.
• Ensure equipment, workout areas, and facilities are clean, safe, and functional.
• Implement and maintain gym policies and procedures.
• Handle operational issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.

3. Member Management

• Ensure high-quality member service and engagement.
• Handle member feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Monitor member retention and identify reasons for cancellations.
• Develop programs to improve member satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with membership tours, consultations, and sales when required.

4. Personal Training & Fitness Programs

• Manage personal training operations and trainer performance.
• Monitor PT sales, sessions conducted, and client retention.
• Develop fitness programs, challenges, classes, and wellness activities.
• Ensure trainers follow professional and safety standards.
• Monitor client progress and service quality.

5. Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workout areas.
• Ensure staff are trained in emergency procedures and first aid.
• Report and document accidents, injuries, and incidents appropriately.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years experiences as Fitness trainer/instructor
• Must at least possess a Diploma/Degree in Sports Science and/or any Fitness Certification
• Willing to work on shift hours and on PH/weekends
