Our client is a leading multinational insurance group with a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region. As part of its ongoing investment in digital transformation and technology innovation, they are looking for an experienced professional to join their regional team in Singapore.

In this regional role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple markets to shape IT strategy, drive business process transformation, strengthen technology governance, and support enterprise-wide digital initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions while delivering impactful transformation programmes across the region.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT strategy, IT planning, business analysis, business process re-engineering (BPR), digital transformation, or related functions, within an IT department or technology function.
• Prior experience within the insurance industry is essential, with a good understanding of insurance business processes and technology landscape.
• Proven track record of planning and leading business transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled initiatives across multiple departments, preferably within a regional or multi-country environment.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify process gaps, drive re-engineering initiatives, and implement practical solutions.
• Experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders and translating business objectives into strategic initiatives.
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or other digital technologies applied to business transformation will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced regional environment.
• Willingness to travel when required.
