Inside Sales Manager – IT Distribution

We are looking for an experienced
Inside Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth across assigned channel partners and resellers within the technology distribution space.
This is a hands-on commercial role covering
90% inside sales and 10% external meetings
, with a strong focus on partner development, sales performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive sales growth across assigned channel partners and reseller accounts.
Develop existing partnerships while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.
Own sales targets, quarterly KPIs and overall revenue performance.
Act as a key point of contact for sales enquiries, quotations, pricing and commercial discussions.
Work closely with vendors on pricing, promotions and special discounts to support deal closure.
Build strong relationships with partners and identify opportunities to increase wallet share.
Conduct outbound business development activities and attend selected customer/vendor meetings.
Collaborate with Customer Service and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor the sales pipeline, prepare performance reports and provide regular business updates.
Drive initiatives to improve sales performance, profitability and partner engagement.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience
in inside sales, channel sales, IT distribution or technology sales.
Experience managing
resellers, channel partners or B2B accounts
.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of
IT products, networking or enterprise technology
is an advantage.
