Job Description
Manage reservations, travel bookings and supplier coordination for the company's inbound tourism and travel services.
Responsibilities
Process customer reservations and travel bookings.
Coordinate accommodation reservations.
Arrange transportation and tourism services.
Verify availability and supplier confirmations.
Prepare booking confirmations and travel documentation.
Maintain accurate reservation records.
Process booking amendments and cancellations.
Communicate with customers regarding booking status.
Coordinate group reservations.
Liaise with hotels and other tourism suppliers.
Resolve reservation-related issues.
Support travel consultants and operations personnel.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field.
Relevant reservation/travel experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Familiarity with travel reservation systems is advantageous.
