Job Scope
Manage
end-to-end air freight import shipments
, from origin to final delivery in Singapore.
Coordinate with customers, overseas stations, airlines, terminals and transport partners to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Handle customer enquiries, shipment updates and operational issues, including cargo discrepancies, damages and urgent requests.
Manage shipment documentation, permits, billing activities and operational reports accurately.
Support the handling of
special cargo
, including pharmaceutical cold chain and valuable cargo, while ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience in air freight, freight forwarding, import/export operations or logistics customer service
.
Strong
customer service, coordination and problem-solving skills
, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Diploma/Degree in
Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
; relevant working experience may be considered.
