We’re looking for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, banking, property, telesales or other client-facing industries to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Many skills developed in previous roles — communication, relationship building, customer service and problem solving — are transferable to business development.

Training will be provided for the role and industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent established brands through face-to-face customer engagement
• Build rapport with customers
• Identify customer requirements
• Present products and services
• Handle enquiries and objections
• Develop customer relationship and communication skills
• Participate in roadshows, events and marketing campaigns
• Attend training and coaching sessions
• Work towards individual and team objectives
• Contribute to team activities and campaigns

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn a new industry
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Able to work independently and within a team

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: $2,000 – $4,000+, depending on experience, performance and overall compensation structure
