EDUCATION PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

Role Overview

The Backbone of HIC's day to day programme execution. The Education programme coordinator role serves as an entry-level position, focusing on supporting content creation, workshop assistance and event coordination. 

The Education Program Coordinator supports the content creation and development of My Journal activities and lessons, ensuring alignment with the curriculum on personal growth for children between the age of 5 and 17 years old. 

Their role is designed for individuals looking to develop their skills and grow within the organisation.

This role also involves coordinating with translation partners to review content relevance and support the standardisation process across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

·      Collect and organise feedback from various stakeholders, where necessary, 

·      Assist in creating basic content under the guidance of senior team members,

·      Perform administrative tasks related to workshop preparation and event logistics,

·      Collaborate with the team to review and edit content for quality and accuracy,

·      Learn and apply agile workflows and techniques to assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

·      Strong interest in content creation and mental health advocacy,

·      Good organisational and time management skills,

·      Basic proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, MS Office Suite),

·      Willingness to learn and take on new challenges when called on.

Entry Level: 

0-2 years of experience in education, program coordination, or related fields.

Work Hours

09:00 am to 5:30 pm - weekdays

Required to travel overseas as per company’s plans.
