Role Description The Research and Policy Analyst role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The analyst will review and interpret academic and policy papers, synthesize findings, and develop clear, actionable insights aligned with organizational and product goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting policy research, analyzing datasets and literature, drafting policy briefs and internal reports, and translating complex research into accessible formats for both technical and non-technical audiences. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product features, guide content strategy, and support evidence-based decision-making. The role also involves monitoring emerging trends, regulatory developments, and best practices relevant to Atlas Workspace’s users and markets.
Qualifications

• Strong policy-focused skills, including Policy Development and Policy Research, with the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Robust Analytical Skills and Research capabilities, including literature review, data interpretation, and critical evaluation of evidence.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for producing clear reports, briefs, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in public policy, political science, economics, social sciences, law, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in research or policy analysis roles, preferably in a think tank, academic, government, or technology environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with research tools, data analysis software, or citation management systems; experience with knowledge management platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to evidence-based approaches, and interest in improving how research is organized and understood.
