Working Days: 5 days/week
Working Hours: Shift-based
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and visitors at the front counter

• Handle patient registration, appointments, and enquiries

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and other administrative processes

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records

• Handle cashiering and payment-related duties

• Provide general administrative and operational support

• Liaise with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented

• Comfortable working in a clinical or hospital environment

• Able to interact professionally with patients and healthcare staff

• Prior healthcare, clinic, hospital, or customer service experience is an advantage
