Job Descriptions:-

1. Coordinate, prepare, submit and monitor applications for new licences, renewals, amendments, transfers and closures of licences with the relevant government authorities.

2. Assist in preparing documentation and liaising with regulatory authorities for compliance, investigations and enquiries matters.

3. Maintain register of all licences, permits and regulatory approvals for the Group.

4. Collaborate with other departments (for example, HR, Directors, Consultants) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

5. Monitors and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.

6. Other assignments as and when given by the Management.

Job Requirements:-

1. Bachelor’s Degree of any related field

2. Experience dealing with government agencies 

3. Experience working in an administrative role 

4. More than one (1) year working experience

5. Computer literate (PDF & Excel priority)

6. Able to communicate in BM and English 

7. Good to have: owns a transport

8. Strong team player.
