Job Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Prepare and verify payroll reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Assist with statutory submissions and payroll-related compliance matters.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, payroll setup and employee records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits administration, staff claims and HR documentation.
• Support HR audits and provide relevant payroll and employee documentation when required.
• Ensure employee information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies.
• Provide general HR administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements and employment regulations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR/payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
