Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sustainability Officer (Agricultural Industry) - Johor Bahru, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Persol Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Formulate, implement and manage an effective compliance program for the Group.
• Create, manage and follow up on the action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations. To ensure issues are resolved on a timely basis.
• Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
• Assess the company's operations to identify any potential risks.
• Educate and train employees on company policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal, external auditors and consultants.
• To perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field such as accounting and finance, risk management, corporate governance, or other related fields.
• 2 – 3 years internal/external audit/sustainability and risk management experiences.
• Good knowledge of industry practices, professional standards, relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience in sustainability and risk management is an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to details.
• Integrity and professional ethics.
• Willing to travel and stay in the plantations.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
