Kerja Sepenuh Masa Aquaculture Operations Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Ausin Group Kedah - Maukerja

Main Responsibilities:

1. Aquaculture Operations, Logistics, Production & Quality Compliance

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily aquaculture farm operations, including stocking, feeding, and other operational activities.
• Plan and manage material movement and operational schedules, coordinating activities between the warehouse, jetty, logistics, and farm operational areas to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Monitor feed utilization, stock growth and overall operational performance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Support production planning, forecasting, record keeping, resource utilization, and management reporting based on farm capacity, operational performance, and market demand.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, environmental and regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards, including product quality monitoring and support for internal and external audits.

2. Inventory Management & Control

· Monitor inventory levels of operational materials, and consumables to ensure adequate stock availability.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming, outgoing, and transferred stock.

· Ensure all stock movements are properly verified, accurately recorded, and supported by authorised documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Coordinate with the Operations team to jointly verify all incoming and outgoing goods prior to receipt, transfer, or release.

· Prepare and maintain inventory-related documentation, including delivery orders, goods receiving reports, stock issue notes, stock transfer records, and inventory reports.

· Maintain proper filing, documentation control, and safekeeping of all inventory records.

· Conduct regular stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.

· Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, stock variances, or irregularities, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

· Coordinate stock replenishment with the Procurement team to ensure uninterrupted operational and production activities.

· Monitor stock consumption trends and notify management of replenishment requirements in a timely manner.

3. Warehouse Management

· Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are maintained in a clean, organized, safe, and efficient manner.

· Maintain proper housekeeping standards and ensure storage areas comply with company safety and operational requirements.

· Ensure materials, equipment, and inventory are properly stored, labelled, and protected to prevent damage, loss, contamination, or deterioration.

· Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements to maximize storage efficiency.

· Ensure warehouse equipment and storage facilities are maintained in good working condition and report any maintenance requirements promptly.

· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.

· Ensure proper storage practices to prevent stock damage, loss, or deterioration.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations within the warehouse.

4. Logistics & Operations Coordination

· Coordinate with logistics to prepare goods and materials for delivery or transfer.

· Support stock movement between warehouse, jetty, and operational areas.

· Ensure goods are properly arranged and prepared for loading, unloading, and distribution.

· Coordinate logistics schedules to support operations.

5. Team Leadership & Support

· Provide guidance and support to operational staff, and field personnel on proper stock handling, warehouse operations, and documentation procedures.

· Coordinate and facilitate training on inventory control, warehouse management, operational procedures, and company policy.

· Monitor staff compliance with company policies, safety procedures and operational guidelines.

· Foster effective communication and collaboration between warehouse, jetty, logistics, and aquaculture teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Support Management in promoting continuous improvement within the team.

· Encourage a positive safety culture and ensure employees adhere to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.

6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

· Identify opportunities for improving aquaculture operations practices, efficiency, and sustainability.

· Support R&D or pilot projects for new technologies or aquaculture operations methods.

· Contribute to strategic initiatives for aquaculture operations expansion and productivity enhancement.

7. Other Duties

· Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
