Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Engineer with a strong blend of Salesforce Development and Administration capabilities to support business-critical applications and enhancements. The successful candidate will be responsible for Salesforce configuration, custom development, system integrations, troubleshooting, and deployment activities. Experience with laboratory systems, time management modules, and custom lockbox functionality is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Develop and support custom business logic that cannot be achieved through standard configuration.
- Build and maintain integrations with external applications and laboratory systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system issues and integration failures.
- Develop and maintain Apex test classes and ensure code quality standards are met.
- Support deployment activities across sandbox, UAT, and production environments.
Salesforce Administration & Configuration
- Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning pages, list views, and record types.
- Manage Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Create and maintain validation rules, formula fields, and automation processes.
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce Flows.
- Manage data imports, exports, and migration activities using Data Loader and CSV files.
- Support UAT testing and business user requests.
Business & Functional Support
- Support Salesforce Time Module configuration and enhancements.
- Handle custom lockbox-related functionality and business process automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed project timelines and milestones.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience (or as required).
- Strong Salesforce Administration and Configuration skills.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- SOQL/SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow
- JavaScript
- Salesforce Security Model
- Deployment Management
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and debug logs.
- Experience with data migration, CSV import/export, and Data Loader
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
