Job Description

We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to lead Sales transformation, business process re-engineering, and operational improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, translate business requirements into practical solutions, and drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

The role will also support change management and digital transformation, standardizing processes, documentation, workflows, and systems across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sales transformation, capital projects, and business process re-engineering initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation roadmaps.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Translate business requirements into effective process, workflow, and system improvements.
• Drive process optimization, automation, digitization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, documentation, training, and adoption.
• Standardize and maintain process documentation, workflows, operating procedures, and project artefactsacross global teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on CRM, system, and technology enhancements.
• Support management reporting, dashboards, and performance visibility to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Establish effective project governance, reporting, leadership updates, and project cadence.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations, driving alignment and timely decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into solutions.
• Track project outcomes and measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, process performance, and operational cost, while driving continuous improvement.

Pay: Up to $9,000.00 per month
