Software Applications & IT Systems
Your Role
Understand customer needs and recommend the right IT solutions
Work with technical teams to deliver effective, tailored solutions
Build strong customer relationships from pre-sales through post-sales
Support business development and achieve sales objectives
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering or a related discipline
1–2 years’ experience in sales, pre-sales or customer support preferred
Experience with ERP or business software is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for technology
