Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA - QC (Contruction), Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di Times Management Consultant Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure construction works comply with project specifications, drawings, quality standards and approved procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and materials.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists and test records.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Review method statements, material submissions and inspection/test plans.
• Monitor and follow up on defects, non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective actions.
• Conduct material and workmanship inspections, including testing where required.
• Ensure all quality issues are properly recorded, rectified and closed within the required timeline.
• Assist in preparing project handover and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards, safety requirements and company quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, preferably in building, façade or infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, inspection procedures and quality documentation.
• Experience with NCR, ITP, method statements, site inspections and material testing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to be based on construction sites.
• Knowledge of relevant Malaysian construction standards and requirements will be an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
