About the Roles

This is a Permanent opportunity for a Personal Driver based island-wide, with pick-up at Tanjong Pagar, supporting the Managing Director’s daily travel and transport arrangements. The role follows a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 6.50am–5.10pm) and offers a competitive salary package comprising Basic, OT, Variable Bonus, and a $90 Transport Allowance, along with a structured weekday schedule designed for consistency and balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chauffeur the Managing Director from residence to office each morning and provide return trips after work, including parking the vehicle at the designated location
• Manage daily driving arrangements for the Managing Director on weekdays, with occasional requirements on weekends and public holidays
• Coordinate transportation for guests, including airport transfers, hotel pick-ups, and travel to assigned destinations
• Support dinner appointment logistics by driving the Managing Director and ensuring accompanying Directors are transported home when required
• Carry out occasional trips to the Johor Bahru factory for meetings or discussions
• Handle early morning or ad-hoc airport pick-ups and send-offs when needed
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and well-functioning condition at all times
• Assist with mailing tasks such as preparing postage, sending documents, and maintaining postage usage records
• Support office needs by purchasing pantry supplies, mineral water, and other required items
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence
• A clean driving record with strong familiarity of Singapore roads and traffic regulations
