Job Description

We are seeking QA/QC Staff to support quality assurance and quality control activities within a pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing environment in Singapore. This is a 6-month contractual opportunity, with the possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will work closely with laboratory, quality, and operational teams to support day-to-day quality activities, maintain compliance standards, and ensure smooth laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support routine QA/QC activities within laboratory and manufacturing environments.
Assist with laboratory testing, sample preparation, weighing, and related quality control activities.
Support laboratory documentation, record keeping, and compliance requirements.
Assist with validation and quality-related activities as required.
Support laboratory equipment management, including calibration, maintenance, and service coordination.
Monitor laboratory supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Work closely with internal teams and service providers to resolve quality or operational issues.
Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Contribute to process improvements and other quality-related initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a chemistry, pharmaceutical, biological laboratory, or related support environment.
Experience in QA/QC, laboratory operations, validation, compliance, or technical support will be advantageous.
Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
A team player with an assertive, results-oriented approach.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
