Key Responsibilities:

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing for new product launches, system enhancements, projects and initiatives.
• Assist with data migration and onboarding-related system activities.
• Support the underwriting team in improving system automation, processes and workflows.
• Conduct regular system monitoring and assist with identifying and resolving system-related issues.
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting for the Life Underwriting Department.
• Assist in projects and initiatives related to underwriting operations and system improvements.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to support successful implementation of system enhancements and projects.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering or any relevant discipline, or equivalent.
• Internship experience in insurance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems and processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage assigned tasks effectively.
