Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in providing administrative support by managing documentation, processing sales orders, coordinating with sales and logistics teams on order fulfilment and payments, handling accounts statements and collections, and responding to customer enquiries.

Job Responsibilities

• General administrative duties, filing and sorting of documents.
• Generate sales orders.
• Liaise with Sales Team and Logistics Team for sales order and payment arrangements.
• Assist in payment collection arrangements.
• Generate and check statement of accounts.
• Answer calls and handle enquires

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal & communication skill, positive attitude, pleasant disposition & outgoing character
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dynamic, self-motivated and results driven
