We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and service-oriented Patient Service Associate Executive (PSAE) to support the smooth operation of clinic services through backend administrative functions. The role involves appointment scheduling, patient follow-up, Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) referral coordination, data collation, and cross-coverage of duties when required. The candidate will also undertake ad hoc assignments as delegated by supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

Referrals & Care Coordination

• Facilitate referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and other healthcare services as required.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient care arrangements in a timely manner.
• Monitor referral status and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up actions are completed.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Support

• Manage appointment scheduling activities.
• Perform data collation, reporting, and maintenance of accurate records.
• Provide cross-coverage and operational support for team members when requires

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or operations is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic systems
• Customer‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work half-day on Saturdays
